Japanese Yamanashi Koujyu Plum (350g approx, 2pcs punnet)
Koujyu (皇寿) is a late-maturing variety which is discovered by Mr. Toshihiro Komatsu, a peach farmer in Minami Alps, Yamanashi Prefecture and is grown exclusively in the area. It is harvested a month later than Kiyou (貴陽) and has similar appearance to it, with a less acidic body, meaning a higher sweetness level of 15 degree and above. It is also intense in flavor with flesh that is super moist and juicy.
It is recommended to peel off the skin before eating which may be sour in taste.
