What counts as a Cup of Fruit?

An uncut large piece of fruit such as banana, grapefruit and apple or 100% fruit juice.


Toddlers (Age 1-3): 1 Cup 

Children (Age 4-13): 1.5 Cup 

Teenagers (Age 14-18): 2 Cup 


For Adult, Choose Your Level of Physical Activity Below

Lightly Active: An average of less than 30 minutes of exercise a day

Women

Age 19-30: 2 Cup

Age 31-50: 1 1/2 Cup 

Age 51+: 1 1/2 Cup 

 Men

Age 19-50: 2 Cup 

Age 51+: 2 Cup 

Moderately Active: An average of 30 to 60 minutes of exercise a day

Women

Age 19-50: 2 Cup 

Age 51+: 1 1/2 Cup 

 Men

Age 19-30: 2 Cup 

Age 31+: 2 Cup 

Very Active: An average of 60 minutes or more of exercise  a day

Women

Age 19-50: 2 Cup 

Age 51+: 2 Cup 

 Men

Age 19-30: 2 1/2 Cup 

Age 31-50: 2 1/2 Cup 

Age 51+: 2 Cup
