Royal Lynn Red Cherry

Royal Lynn is one of the early varieties of the cherry season. This medium-large, mahogany red cherry matures 16 to 18 days ahead of Bing with a sweet, rich flavor and beautiful long stems. An extremely firm cherry, Royal Lynn is not prone to cracks, spurs or doubles. It comes with an excellent balance between sweet & sour, and good flavor. Sweetness stands between 70-80% – You may taste the acidity first, but as you chew, the sweetness slowly seeps out and blends with the juiciness of the cherry. A good starter for the season!
