Keitt Mango (Large)

An oblong, shiny skin mango with greenish-yellow tone and red blush which is available for a short period of time. It is less fibrous than most mango varieties, resulting in a creamier texture with intense flavor and bursts of sweet juice. The skin may remain greenish despite being ripe, therefore the only way to tell is through touch (soft-to-touch).
