Japanese Yume Mizuki White Peach (Medium-Plus, Tokushu grade)
夢みずき (Yume Mizuki) was registered in 2014 and exclusive to Yamanashi prefecture production. It is the next generation of it’s parent, Asama Hakuto – which is highly acclaimed by it’s producers, but it has a long life cycle and low in production volume – and Gyosei, which is famous for its high sugar content. Hence, Yume Mizuki turns out to be very a juicy with a sugar content of about 15 degrees.
特秀(Tokushu) grade has a sweetness level of 13 degree and above, which is the representative of rich sugar content and excellent melting texture with over-flowing refreshing juice.
