Kimiko (黄美娘) Yellow Peach has characteristics like no other – smooth texture similar to mango, with unique flora fragrance, over-flowing sweet juices and melting sensation in your mouth. Yellow peach are highly regarded as rare variety; as they are only harvested between 1-2% of each batch.  Grown in Yamanashi, where the biggest peach production in Japan is located, this peach is bound to be one of the best in her making. 

To enjoy to its fullest, allow it to ripen at room temperature for 2-3 days for smooth and soft flesh that melts in one’s mouth, with increased water content (juice) and sweetness level.
