Japanese Tsuki no Usagi Shirone Hakutou White Peach (Hidamari Grade, Medium-Plus)
白根白桃 (Shirone Hakutou) is a late-harvest variety discovered in Shirane. It is usually large in size and full red due to strong sunlight that blessed over the farm areas with abundance of rich nutrients and minerals from the soil, resulting in rich sweetness and flavor. It has a firm and chewy texture which will soften over time, giving a smooth melt-in-your-mouth and juicy texture.
陽だまり(Hidamari) grade has a sweetness level of 13 degree and above, which is the representative of rich sugar content and excellent melting texture with over-flowing refreshing juice.
