Japanese Tsugaru Sakura White Peach (X-Large)
Sakura is late-ripening peach variety that was developed by Mr. Sakurai Shohachi of Yamanashi Prefecture when he crossed the Kawanakajima White Peach with the Chikuma Peach and selected the resulting product. It’s a large white peach weighing 350 to 450g with dense flesh and a high sugar content, but its most distinctive feature is its crisp, firm texture that will slightly soften when fully ripened. This is an irresistible variety for those who like firm peaches.
Each fruit is carefully handpicked and selected using light sensor technology to ensure only the sweetest peaches — often reaching 15° Brix or higher — make it to you. Firm yet succulent, its flavor deepens as it ripens, delivering a honey-like sweetness and elegant aroma that truly captures the essence of Japanese summer. Chill for 1–2 hours before serving for the perfect refreshing treat.
