The latest sweet kiwi fruit to be discovered, “Sanuki Angel Sweet” was registered as a new variety in July 2013. As the name suggests, it has a sugar content of 4 degrees higher than a general Kiwi Hayward species, and has red ring shape around the seeds. In addition, it has a refreshing aroma that remains as a lingering finish, and because it is characterized by less proteolytic enzymes, it has a less “tingling stimulus” in the mouth when eating the kiwifruit. 

It is also an extremely rare item that is only available for about a month, hence do not missed it while it is available in season!
