Hailed from Okayama, a famously-known region for producing one of the best quality peaches, Sakigake Hakutou is a new early-maturing variety that is harvested at the start of July. They are white milky in color and the sugar content is higher than that of ‘Hikawa Hakuho’.

The meat quality is soft, slightly dense, and a lot of fruit juice, so the taste evaluation is superior to ‘Hanayome’ and ‘Hikawa Hakuho’.
