夢みずき (Yume Mizuki) was registered in 2014 and exclusive to Yamanashi prefecture production. It is the next generation of it’s parent,  Asama Hakuto – which is highly acclaimed by it’s producers, but it has a long life cycle and low in production volume – and Gyosei, which is famous for its high sugar content. Hence, Yume Mizuki turns out to be very a juicy with a sugar content that can go as high as 15 degrees.

“Ichinomiya Premium” carefully selects peaches using optical sensor when the sugar content peaks during the season.  Only peaches with sugar content of 13 degrees can be shipped under this brand.
