Ichinomiya Town is a well-known peach producing area that boasts an overwhelming brand power in the Kansai region of Yamanashi Prefecture. The prefecture is surrounded by mountains, with fresh air, clean water quality, fertile land, and low sunlight, making these rich natural resources useful for the growth period. The peaches in the mountains constitute an ideal planting environment, and Yamanashi Prefecture has the highest yields, hence it is called the “Hometown of Peach”. “Ichinomiya Premium” carefully selects peaches using optical sensor when the sugar content peaks during the season.  Only peaches with sugar content of 13 degrees can be shipped under this brand.

A rare highly-sought variety that is distinguished by its bright yellow exterior. When ripen, it softens to create a juicy melting texture with tinge of mango & flora fragrance and high level sweetness with not the slightest tartness.
