Japanese Muscat Biore Seedless Grapes (500-600g approx)
$45.00
“Muscat Biore” is a rare red grapes variety developed in Yamanashi prefecture in 1975. Although around for many years, it has recently attention for its high sugar content (up to 20 degrees~) despite being a late-maturing variety.
It has a subtle hint of muscat aroma and thin non-astringent skin which gives a crisp sound when biting into it. Texture is firm and fine, and may contain a small seed for some grape pieces. They are usually not produced in large quantities due to only a few producers (>10) with the challenges faced when producing it, hence they are unique and uncommon to find.
