Misaka Hakuho is a peach discovered in Misaka Town, Yamanashi Prefecture and is registered as a variety. This is an original breed but has the characteristics of Hakuhou-style of soft flesh and juiciness.

Minami-Alps is located on the western part of Yamanashi prefecture which has good climate and soil, with large temperature difference between day and night, which makes it ideal for peach production. All peaches grown in Minami-Alps are selected through optical sensor which sorted by high sweetness level.
