Kaikitou (甲斐黄桃), which was born in Yamanashi Prefecture, is known as Mango Peach. It has a sticky, juicy taste with a good balance of sweetness and sourness. It is a rare variety that accounts for only 1% to 2% of the total peach production, and the more it ripens, the sweeter it becomes.
