“Golden peach” is available in season in the latter half of the peach season. The parent of golden peaches happened to be Kawanakajima white peaches, which are synonymous with sweet peach varieties. The golden flesh that shines golden even when peeled, have a strong sweetness and a tint of mango scent. 

To enjoy to its fullest, allow it to ripen at room temperature for 2-3 days for smooth and softened flesh, with increased water content (juice) and sweetness level.
