Sweet potatoes are characterized by their sweetness, but the sweetness varies depending on the sweet potato, such as Beni Haruka, which has a refreshing aftertaste, and Beni Masari, which has a well-balanced sweetness. In the case of Benikogane, it spreads softly in the mouth and is characterized by its sweetness reminiscent of sweets.
