Japanese Akatsuki White Peach (Medium)
Akatsuki (あかつき) is one of the few peaches with pink blush on its flesh, but the most attractive characteristic of this variety is it’s distinctive fragrance and high sweetness level (12-14 brix), brimming with overflowing juices. Best way to enjoy is having it settled at room temperature 2-3 hours (if placed in fridge) before consuming, to bring out the sweetness and fragrance of the fruit.
