Japanese Yuzuki Golden Peach (Medium)

Yuzuki (タ月) is a late yellow peach that was selected and bred by crossbreeding “Yuuzora” x “Manami” at Ishido Co., Ltd., a seedling company in Yamagata Prefecture. The fruit shape is round and the pericarp is mainly red-coloured with yellow bottom. The flesh is slightly elastic and dense, and contains a lot of juice. It has a strong sweetness and a good taste with low acidity.

To enjoy to its fullest, allow it to ripen at room temperature for 2-3 days for smooth and soft flesh that melts in one’s mouth, with increased water content (juice) and sweetness level.
