Japanese Tsu No Kagayaki Orange (Medium)
“Tsu no Kagayaki” is a citrus fruit that was registered as a variety in 2009 by mating “Kiyomi Orange x Okitsu” with “Encore”. It has a ponkan-like scent and thin skin which is easy to peel.
The flesh is full of pulps which is dark orange in color, crispy and extremely juicy. The sugar content is as high as between 13 to 17 degrees, and the moderate acidity enhances the sweetness, giving a rich flavorful taste.
