陽だまりの詩 (Hidamari no Uta) variety, translated as “Poetry of the sun”, might not be a well-known name, but those who have tried it will have endless praises for it. As similar to most white-skin peaches, it is cultivated under bags and well-controlled conditions to produce its milky skin. Hence, they are only produced in low quantities and only available around August month in the season.
