Japanese Okinawa Keitt Mango (600g approx)
$58.00–$112.00
Okinawa Keitt Mango is a rare green-skinned variety that stays deep emerald even when perfectly ripe. Inside, you’ll find rich golden flesh with the texture of a white peach — firm yet juicy, silky-smooth, and almost fiber-free.
These mangoes are nurtured in an ideal environment with plenty of sunshine, pure alpine spring water, and clean, carefully managed greenhouses. Each one is ripened on the tree until it reaches a high sugar level of 17° Brix or higher, then harvested at their optimal ripeness.
The flavour is a perfect balance of refreshing sweetness and gentle acidity, making every bite bright and full. For best taste, ripen for 2-3 days till slight soft and refrigerate for approximately one hour before serving.
