Japanese Saga Natsumi Mikan (Mandarin Orange, 500g punnet)
$15.00–$28.00
Natsumi is a hybrid citrus created by crossing calamondin and ponkan varieties, combining the best qualities of both. Originating from Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan, it is now mainly grown in Ehime, Wakayama, Saga and Hiroshima, and is especially enjoyed from spring to early summer, around May.
Despite its slightly rough appearance, the fruit is soft to the touch and easy to peel by hand like a Satsuma mandarin. Natsumi is known for its juicy texture, fragrant aroma, and well-balanced flavour, offering strong natural sweetness with a pleasant refreshing acidity and rich citrus taste.
*Mikans may come in between 4-6pcs per punnet depending on sizes.
