Candine®, one of the sweetest apple on the market, is a hybrid between the Fuji and Ariane varieties that are exclusively grown in France. This novel variety features a series of unique attributes including a round and plump body, smooth glossy red skin, high sweetness and a long shelf life.

Underneath the skin, the yellow flesh is firm, dense, and aqueous, with a crisp and crunchy consistency. They release a prominent aroma when ripe and have a high sugar content ranging from 14 to 17 Brix. This high sugar content mixed with moderate acidity creates a refreshing, balanced, sweet, tangy, and subtly fruity flavor.
