A rare variety that is distinguished by its bright yellow exterior. When ripen, it softens to create a melting texture with a hint of mango fragrance and well-balanced sweetness. To enjoy to its fullest, allow it to ripen at room temperature for 2-3 days for smooth and soft flesh that melts in one’s mouth, with increased water content (juice) and sweetness level.
