Japanese Princess Nina Mineral Muskmelon (Large, 1.5kg approx)

As the name suggests, mineral melon contains a lot of minerals components in the flesh which are extracted from the deep sea water of Muroto using traditional and skillful cultivation techniques. These minerals are thoroughly absorbed to crystallize into a mellow and rich sweetness. Among them, only the best in terms of sugar content, mineral content, and appearance are selected as “Princess Nina”. Since the start, Princess Nina has been cultivated with care like a royal. It has become a high quality melon with a richer crystallized sweetness that is more mellow and superior than the conventional Earl’s melon.

Muskmelons can be eaten in 2 ways, one in semi-ripe state (solid flesh color) – which flesh are firmer and can be served in slices, and in ripe state (semi-transparent color) – where flesh is softer and much sweeter and juicer, and have to be served in 4-5 parts and scooped with spoon to enjoy the rich juice.
