Japanese Koiminori Ichigo (Strawberry)
“Koiminori” is a strawberry cultivated at the Kurume Experiment Station by the National Agriculture and Food Research Organization with the aim of creating a next-generation variety that has high yield, good taste, and easy to cultivate.
The shape is conical and slightly rounded with bright red glossy appearance. And uniquely, the flesh is fully white compared to other variants where only the center is white with seed strip veins. It has a rich aroma, with good balance of sweetness and acidity.
