Ordering

How do I make order  and how does it works?

You can make your fruits purchase anytime & anywhere via the following methods

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend you to place an order 1 day in advance by 3 pm for next day delivery. Any orders after 3 pm will be delivered the day after. For Saturdays & Sundays, orders will be processed on Monday and delivery will be allocated the day after. For special request for alternative dates, please list down in the order notes at checkout page. Timing will be subjected to courier schedule. 

The confirmation of your order will be subjected to first-come, first-served basis and market availability.

Why do I have to wait for a confirmation mail for my order and how long after requesting online?

As we update our fruits selection daily in view of getting the freshest batches early in the morning, we are unable to guarantee the availability of the products especially seasonal ones due to various factors (stock supply, shipment, quality difference etc).

** For next day delivery, we are able to confirm it right away. However for delivery arranged a few days in advance, we are only able to confirm the availability and price, 1-2 days before the scheduled delivery date. We hope for your kind understanding.

Why does the prices vary at different times or days of the year?

The fruit prices fluctuations due to varying seasons. However, we assure you the prices we offer to you are the most competitive.

How do I cancel my order and be refunded?

You can email or call us 1 day in advance of your delivery and we will fully refund if you had made any payment to us.

How do I request for complimentary MomoBud message card?

MomoBud message card will only be issued upon request. At the checkout page, indicate the quantity of message card you require in the order note section. All gift hampers come along with a message card.

Delivery

Where do we deliver?

Anywhere in Singapore except secured areas (Sentosa & Jurong Island), restricted zones (e.g. military) and free trade Zones (Changi cargo & sea ports), where there will be an extra charge. Do contact us for enquiries on special locations and we will try our best to assist you.

What if the fruits are found damaged or loss during shipment?

We take good care in packing your items carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit.

We will offer you a 1-to-1 fruit exchange with no questions asked. Do check upon receiving and any claims can be made on the spot so that we can arrange an exchange for you soonest possible.

What if I found a damaged/faulty product after it is delivered within the day?

In any cases where they arrived as such, claims have to be made within 24hrs to our email with a description of the product damage or shortage. Any scratched, blemished, or broken items are not eligible for an exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment. 

Please retain original packaging whenever possible.

What if I found a damaged/faulty product after 24hrs?

Don't worry, give our friendly representative a call or email so that we can assist you as much as we can. Our customers' satisfaction is our priority.

How do we ensure our fruit ultimate freshness during delivery?

We ensure all our fruit maximum freshness by importing direct from local importers and hand-picked by our trained staffs on the day of delivery.  Nonetheless, we will pack the different items of fruits individually with sufficient insulation.

Fruit Pack & Box

What is the minimum order and charges?

Fruit Pack:
No minimum order required
Free delivery provided for each order above $200
Otherwise a $20 delivery fee applies
Orders must be made at least two (2) days in advance for confirmation and scheduling

Fruit Box:
Minimum order of $80 required
Free delivery provided for each order above $200
Delivery is included
Orders must be made at least two (2) days in advance for confirmation and scheduling

What is the delivery time and days?

Fruit Pack: Mon – Fri: 8 to 10am, 2 to 5pm

Fruit Box: Mon – Fri: 2pm to 5pm

(Not applicable on Public Holidays and eves)

How do I make payment?

Payment can be made via direct bank transfer or cheque. It must be done prior to the delivery of 1-time subscription or the start of subscription month.

How do I place order?

1. Fill in the contact form above with the necessary details and our sales team will contact you within 2 working days.
2. Once finalized, a confirmation mail will be sent to you.
3. An invoice & DO will be issued upon delivery.

Terms and Conditions

Fruit pack subscription: 
3 out of 5 preferred fruits selected will be picked based on availability (depends on budget). However, in the event that the fruits are unavailable due to market availability and seasonal changes, MomoBud reserves the rights to replace any fruits with another of equivalent or higher value without prior notice.

Fruit box subscription:
Fruits provided will be based on the current season availability and hand-picked by our staffs by the quoted budget and no. of pax stated. Special requests can be made for selected fruits to be catered, however in the event that the fruits are unavailable due to market availability and seasonal changes, MomoBud reserves the rights to replace any fruits with another of equivalent or higher value without prior notice.

Payment: 
Payment must be made prior the delivery of 1-time subscription or the start of subscription month. Otherwise, MomoBud reserves the rights to reject or refuse any orders and their deliveries to be made.

Delivery:
For orders with delivery to Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa, Jurong Island and restricted airline and cargo areas such as Airport Cargo Complex and Airline Road, there will be an additional surcharge of $15. We seek for your kind understanding that request for specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the drivers’ delivery routes scheduled for that day.

Damage claims:
We put our pride in our service, and we ensure quality in our fruits before packing prior to delivery. However, in the event that our fruits are found to be damaged during shipment or flawed, please do not hesitate to reach us so that we can assist you as much as we can. Our customers’ satisfaction is our priority.
